Hi Michal,  Thank you for your answer. I understand your frustraion on this matter. Our business is built up with people, and people can unfortunately make mistakes. This time a mistake was made, when the shoe came onto the website and showed a way lower price than normally. As the shoe is new on the market, the price is still at the suggested retail price and can probably not be found online (or in a store) to a discounted price (at least not a major one). The price that mistakenly appeared on the page is therefore an unrealistically low selling price and not a price you would expect the shoes to be discounted. Because the difference in the price is so large, the puchase is seen as a puchase in bad faith and we have therefore seen us entitled to cancel your order and refund you the money. I am glad to hear that you find our website reliable, and we also strive to be as reliable as possible, but sometimes mistakes can occur, and we are of course very sorry about that. If there is anything I can do, please let me know, then I will look into it to see if I can help out 🙂  Once again I apologise for the mistake and the inconvenience this has brought you, but I hope for your understanding and forgivenes of this mistake.
