Chciałbym krótko podzielić się swoimi spostrzeżeniami co do pracy personelu sklepu. Jakość? Na wzorcowym poziomie. Bardzo pomocni przy wyborze konkretnego modelu oraz rozmiaru. Przesyłka? Błyskawiczna ( biorąc pod uwagę wysyłkę z zagranicy ). Zmuszony byłem wymienić kapelusz z uwagi na nie dobranie odpowiedniego rozmiaru ( mój błąd! ), wymieniono na właściwy bez najmniejszego problemu. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pana Konrada Malinowskiego. Fachowość, gotowość do pomocy, uprzejmość i cierpliwość najwyższej próby! Kupiłem do tej pory 3 kapelusze ( dla siebie i dla żony ) i na pewno na tym nie poprzestanę. Gdy obrobię zdjęcia ze szwendania się po Tatrach, wrzucę by każdy mógł zobaczyć jak "Diaz" Stetsona doskonale komponuje się z Giewontem :-)

On December 10, I bought a hat: the website said that the material was 100% wool and the lining was 100% cotton. When I received the hat, it turned out that the ear flaps of this hat were made of 100% polyester. If I had known this beforehand, I would not have bought this hat because I only buy products from natural ingredients. On December 13, I wrote to the store why it was hiding the real composition of the hat, but I did not receive a reply. This makes me disappointed with this purchase and the customer service of this store. I suspect that the store deliberately hides the polyester admixture to increase sales of this product.
