Szybka realizacja zamówienia a minusem jest to że nie można zrezygnować z produktu w przypadku niezadowolenia z jego jakości. Programu VPN który zakupiłem w ogóle nie używam a BLITZHANDEL poinformował mnie , że zwrot pieniędzy za produkt i rezygnacja z niego jest niemożliwa.

I am writing to detail my highly unsatisfactory experience with Blitzhandel24, involving a significant purchase of software licenses. The transaction included SQL Server 2022 and Windows Server 2022 licenses, intended for resale to our client. Upon transfer of the licenses, we encountered serious issues: Non-Transferability to Microsoft Purchasing Account: The licenses, contrary to our requirements, could not be assigned to our client's Microsoft Purchasing Account. This limitation made the licenses unusable for our client’s operational needs. Authenticity Concerns: The Polish division of Microsoft raised questions about the authenticity of the activation codes, indicating that they do not appear in their system. This discrepancy poses a substantial legal and financial risk for our client, especially in the event of an audit. Refusal of Licenses by Client: Despite Blitzhandel24's efforts to provide additional documentation, our client, upon consultation with their IT department and management, has refused to accept these licenses due to the aforementioned issues. As a consequence, we requested a full refund from Blitzhandel24, citing the non-compliance of the licenses with specific requirements, questioned authenticity, and the importance of customer satisfaction and trust. This situation has not only resulted in operational setbacks for our company and our client but also raised serious concerns about the reliability of products offered by Blitzhandel24. The unresolved nature of this matter and the impact it has had on our business relationship compel me to rate my experience with Blitzhandel24 as unsatisfactory.
