Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam fropt i ich fronty do szafek kuchennych IKEA. To moje drugie zamówienie – do drugiej kuchni – i po raz kolejny wszystko przebiega wzorowo. Fornirowane fronty są świetnej jakości, w obecnej kuchni służą już 4 lata i nie widać na nich śladów czasu. Są bardzo starannie wykonane i idealnie dopasowane do systemu IKEA. Wykończenie prezentuje się dokładnie tak, jak w ofercie – estetycznie i solidnie. Na duży plus zasługuje również profesjonalna obsługa: dobry kontakt, rzetelne doradztwo i dotrzymane terminy. Cały proces – od zamówienia po realizację – jest sprawny i bezproblemowy. Jeśli ktoś chce nadać kuchni IKEA indywidualny charakter o dużo lepezej jakości niż dostępne opcje w Ikea, to zdecydowanie warto skorzystać z usług fropt. Moja ponowna decyzja o wykończeniu kolejnej kuchni ich frontami to chyba najlepsza rekomendacja 😊

What I liked: - the quality of the doors and sides (veeeery beautiful)! - clear indication of delivery times - very flexible and responsive support - beautiful website and Instagram for inspiration What can be improved: - For me contacting support is a barrier, you need to be quite sure that you want to buy something. And with the prices being rather high it's hard to make this decision. What I was really missing is a more functional website. The difficulty is that you can see separately the color and then separately the measurement, and then separately the inspiration. What could be great to have is a 3D planner on the website where I can see make a model like you create PAX model on Ikea website. Btw, if the website is hard to organize, it can be a paper magazine or pdf magazine with detailed visuals. - Instructions about the assembly were not included. So you basically just get a box of stuff. I know it might seem obvious for some people, but we are not handy and it's scary to screw up such a nice and expensive piece of furniture. especially the side panels. I'd like to know which glue to use or screw, how to attach them. - Side panels are very thick. Again, you can read the measurements, but as you cannot clearly see it on the website, this is not obvious and I was quite shocked )) - the doors and panels are delivered on a huge wooden pallet, which is left with you. It took us a while to get rid of it. Could be handy if they delivery people would take it back.

Tolles Produkt und hochwertige Verarbeitung. Der Auftrag für die Schranktüren hat etwas Zeit beansprucht, dafür ist das Resultat umso schöner. Leider hat eine Front trotz gut geschützter Verpackung während des Transportes einen leichten Schaden erhalten. Fropt war aber sehr hilfreich und hat uns perfekt unterstützt.
